Degree Programs
Fletcher Seminary offers two fully online graduate degrees designed to prepare students for meaningful, practical ministry. The Master of Arts in Christian Ministry (36 hours) provides theological grounding and hands-on ministry training for service in churches, nonprofits, and community organizations. The Master of Divinity (78 hours) offers comprehensive biblical, theological, and pastoral formation for those pursuing ordination, chaplaincy, or advanced study. Together, these degrees equip students to serve faithfully and lead effectively in a wide range of ministry contexts.
Certificate Programs
Fletcher’s online certificate programs provide focused, flexible options for lay and vocational leaders seeking to deepen their ministry impact. Offerings include certificates in Christian Leadership, Rural Ministry, Coaching for Christian Vocation, and Rooted and Grounded in Christ. Each program integrates theological reflection with real-world practice—equipping students to serve with wisdom, empathy, and spiritual maturity while accommodating their schedules and ministry commitments.
