Miche van Essen is a dedicated educator and scholar with a passion for leadership development. She holds a Master of Arts in Global Leadership and is currently completing her Doctor of Ministry with a specialization in Leadership. Born in the Netherlands, Miche lives at the intersection of Asian, Trans, and Jewish identities. When she's not in the classroom or conducting research, Miche enjoys playing music with her family, spending time at the playground with her kids, and engaging in deep theological discussions.
